The Background

Growth was too dependent on one channel

When we first started working with the brand, there wasn't one big problem to fix. The products were already good and customers genuinely enjoyed them. The challenge was making growth feel more predictable.

Like a lot of ecommerce brands, too much depended on one channel having a good month. If Meta performed well, the business performed well. If it didn't, growth slowed down. That isn't a comfortable position to be in when you're trying to build a business for the long term.

We wanted to create something that felt much more balanced.

The Challenge

Every sale relied on finding the next customer

Winning a new customer is important, but it's only part of the picture. If every sale depends on another paid click, growth becomes harder to sustain.

We wanted to build a marketing system that didn't rely on one platform doing all the work - and gave existing customers plenty of reasons to come back again.

What Changed

Every channel had a job to do

Every Channel Needed A Job To Do

One thing became clear quite quickly. The brand wasn't just resonating with one type of customer. Some people were discovering it through Meta. Others were actively searching on Google. Existing customers were coming back to buy again and email gave us another way to stay in touch with them between purchases. Rather than relying on one channel to do all the heavy lifting, we started meeting customers wherever they were. As each channel grew, they began supporting one another - making the business far less reliant on one campaign or one platform to drive sales.

We Never Stopped Testing

Growth came from constantly trying new ideas and paying attention to what happened next. Some offers worked better than others. Some creative formats surprised us. Some channels grew quicker than we expected, while others took longer to find their place. Every month we learnt something new and those learnings shaped what happened next. Rather than looking for one silver bullet, we focused on making hundreds of small improvements over time. Looking back, this has had the biggest impact on the account.

Email Became Part Of The Growth Strategy

We didn't want paid media to carry all the responsibility. Once somebody became a customer, we wanted to keep talking to them. Email became another way of launching products, sharing offers and encouraging repeat purchases. It also meant the business wasn't starting from zero every month - existing customers became a much bigger part of future growth.

The Results

A business that doesn't depend on one platform

The business looks very different today. Growth no longer depends on one platform having a good month. Paid media now contributes 66% of total revenue, while email generates another 16%, giving the business a much healthier balance between finding new customers and encouraging existing ones to buy again.

Over the partnership, monthly revenue has increased by more than 5,900%. The numbers are something we're incredibly proud of, but they're only part of the story. The bigger change is that the business now has multiple channels working together - each playing a different role in driving long-term growth.
