Build an ecommerce business that's
designed to grow.

Scaling isn't about finding another winning advert.

It's about building a marketing system that consistently acquires new customers, encourages them to come back, and gives every channel a clear role in growing your business. That's exactly what we help ecommerce brands do.

You're spending more on marketing, but growth isn't getting any easier.

Most ecommerce brands don't struggle because people have stopped buying their products. They struggle because growth becomes harder to sustain.

Customer acquisition costs begin to rise. Winning creatives lose momentum. Every increase in advertising spend delivers slightly less than the one before it. Eventually, growth starts to depend on constantly finding the next campaign that performs.

This is exhausting and not sustainable.

We've increased spend, but revenue isn't growing at the same pace.

Every few weeks we're looking for another winning advert.

Meta says performance is good, but the business doesn't feel more profitable.

Customer acquisition keeps getting more expensive.

Our customers buy once but rarely return.

Growth feels unpredictable.

Why Growth Slows

Growth rarely slows because of one campaign.

Most brands assume performance drops because their advertising has stopped working. In reality, that's not the whole story.

As businesses grow, customer acquisition becomes more competitive, creative needs evolve, customers expect more from brands, and relying on a single platform becomes increasingly risky. Improving one area in isolation might produce a short-term result, but it rarely creates lasting growth.

The brands that continue scaling are usually the ones that have built a complete marketing system.

Creative is continuously improving. Paid media is diversified across the right channels. Customer retention receives as much attention as acquisition. Decisions are made using business performance rather than platform metrics alone.

That's where sustainable growth comes from.

What We Typically Uncover

  • Creative testing happens inconsistently.

  • Too much reliance on a single acquisition channel.

  • Customer retention is underdeveloped.

  • Google Shopping isn't being fully utilised.

  • Reporting focuses on platform metrics instead of business performance.

  • Different marketing channels aren't supporting each other.

Results

Building better systems delivers better results.

Every ecommerce business reaches different challenges as it grows. Some need stronger acquisition, others need better creative, improved reporting or a more effective retention strategy. Our role is to identify what's limiting growth, build the right systems around it, and continue improving them as your business scales.

Why Zender

We don't just manage ads.
We help businesses build marketing systems that become stronger over time.

Structured Creative Testing

Advertising performs best when creativity becomes a process rather than an occasional breakthrough.

Instead of relying on a handful of successful campaigns, we continually test new ideas, messaging, formats and audiences. Every lesson helps improve the next campaign, creating a system that keeps generating new opportunities rather than waiting for performance to decline.

Multi-Channel Customer Acquisition

Every platform should have a purpose.

Rather than expecting Meta or Google to do everything, we build acquisition strategies where each channel supports a different stage of the customer journey. This creates more resilient growth and reduces dependence on any single source of revenue.

Customer Retention

The first purchase should never be the end of the relationship.

Email marketing, automation and customer lifecycle strategies help increase repeat purchases, improve customer lifetime value and ensure every new customer becomes more valuable over time.

I have been working with Zender Media for 8 months now and they have truly helped me understand my customer and business more than I could ever have hoped for. I am thrilled with my Meta ads and Rhi and Lloyd are a delight to work with.

Quick answers

Do you only work with ecommerce brands?+

Our primary focus is helping ambitious ecommerce businesses build scalable marketing systems. Most of the brands we work with are Shopify businesses looking to move beyond 40k per month in sales.

Do you only manage ad accounts?+

No. We are growth partners. Paid media is only one part of what we do. Depending on the business, we'll also develop creative strategy, Google Ads, email marketing, reporting and customer retention to ensure every part of the marketing system works together.

Do I need a large marketing budget?+

Not necessarily. What's more important is having an established business with genuine ambition to grow. We work best with brands that are ready to improve the foundations of their marketing rather than simply increase advertising spend.

Will you replace our current agency?+

Sometimes. Other businesses bring us in to replace their agency entirely, while others work with us to strengthen specific parts of their marketing. It depends on where the biggest opportunities exist.
